Mom: what animal lives in north pole?
Brycen: north pole...
Mom: what else?
Brycen: hmm.. I know! Santa! Santa lives in north pole. He made gifts for us and send us in Christmas.

Lately, Brycen has been such a wonderful boy! You acts out less, listen better and control better. Mommy's positive encouragement really works! One day, seeing Brycen so patiently taking good care of brother, helping mommy a lot. Mommy praise him again.
Mommy: Brycen - Mommy noticed that lately you cried less, listen more and has been very helpful for Mommy. Thank you.
Brycen: Thank you Mommy for saying nice words. Sometimes, when you say bad words or shout at me, it really hurts my feeling. Again, thanks for saying nice words.
Mommy: Sorry. But sometimes you did something wrong. Mommy gets very mad.
Brycen: But you can ask me to stop and use the word "Please".
Mommy: all right. I should use nice word "PLEASE" I am sorry. but sometimes even when I gave you warning and asked you to stop. You did not stop but kept doing that.
Brycen: Sometimes I really feel bad. But if you could use nice words say "Please go to your room to enjoy the clock sound. Come out after you feel better. OK?" That is nice words and I would listen. That won't hurt my feeling.
Mommy feel shocked. Yeah how many times we as parent could not control ourselves and just bursted out before kids do. We set a bad example for kids and did not show respect to kids. Now kids know what work best for him and find a way out of there. I am so sorry sweet heart. Mommy and daddy will do this better! Thank you for telling me before you get too old to talk to me what you need. What a wonderful boy I am having. I can't feel be blessed more!

Happy Father's Day - Ching~~~~~

Yesterday is the Father's day. We really do not celebrate anything. In the afternoon, mommy went out shopping with Brycen. He saw a fly swatter and wanted it. Mommy said- oh, it's $1.69. We probably can get it $99 cents in dollar store or ranch 99. But Brycen said he really want it. In the end of the shopping, Brycen asked - mommy, it's father's day, what kind of gift can we give to Daddy?
Mommy: You already gave daddy something already. We don't have to buy him something. (He did some arts in school and did a ceramic -shark mouth).
Brycen: I really want to give Daddy something.
Mommy: What do you want to give out?
Brycen: Let me think.... Oh, I have an idea! how about the fly swatter?
Mommy LOL: why is that?
Brycen: Yes because I really want to...
We got a fly swatter...
When we got home:
Brycen to Dad: Happy Father's day, this is a gift to you! Ching~~~ [Brycen made a swat with the fly swatter in front of daddy]
Daddy: what is that?
Brycen: this is to fight with the fly. You are the one has the most strength in our house. You should have it! That's why!

LOL! how cute it is! I can't think of anything more creative than this!

不赖森有时候非常的伤心难以控制情绪。 妈咪在一边看着， 根本不知道该怎么样对付。 爹地在一边幸灾乐祸， 更是让人非常讨厌。 妈咪问不赖森，你希望妈咪怎么做才能让你停止哭闹。 不赖森说： 你可以说： what will work for you? 他希望： you need to hug me, a lot of hug. That will help a lot. and say I love you.

小乖乖的情感世界丰富的远远超出父母的想像。 你知道什么是可行的， 你的感受是怎么样的。 妈咪没有给你足够的拥抱和鼓励特别在你情感是最难控制的时候， 是妈咪爹地不对。 妈咪以后会做得更好的。

漏气漏油

从超市出来， 正要上车， 不赖森就说要尿尿。 妈咪没时间，把两个车门一开， 叫他就地解决。妈咪再后边挡着， 他就开始了。 看着地上流出来的小河，不赖森说： 他们会以为汽车漏气了。 妈咪说： 漏气， 这跟漏气象吗？不赖森马上改口： 他们会以为汽车漏油了。

今天妈咪到Y那里， 想问问怎么老是中心看电影的事。 跟Ms. Celia 聊了蛮久的。 讲到了不赖森的个性。 老师这样评价不赖森： very assertive, very claim on his own right. very argumentative! He can argue forever pointlessly for clueless things! That is his nature personability.

Parenting tip: Nurture this personablity by positive discipline. Ms. Celia said: Brycen can be a lawyer! Brycen simply needs to be channelled and directed to this path. No Yelling, No scolding. Simply tell him "you can argue like that but it's time to stop." Teach him the timing of argumentative. Brycen to grow up to be a lawyer is exactly what's in Mom/Dad's mind! Ms. Celia said that she has a friend in Phillipine is so like Brycen in terms of argumentative and she become a lawyer!

Rather than having headache with Brycen's pointless arguement, channel him to the right path with positive discipline.

蹑手蹑脚蹑嘴巴

不赖森在家的时候经常很吵， 走步就是跑步， 讲话就象大喇叭。 平时还没什么， 可是弟弟在睡觉的时候就很影响弟弟了。

今天洗完澡后，

妈咪： 好， 到房间里穿衣服去。要安静， 不要弄出声音。 蹑手蹑脚的到房间里。

妈咪边说边比蹑手蹑脚的动作。

不赖森： 妈咪， 还要蹑嘴巴。。。

不赖森边说边把嘴巴蹑得紧紧的！
